And my other comment talking about the medkit seems to be talking about the fire extinguisher because I'm an idiot and don't pay attention to where my comments land, lol! Also, he still had his medkit when the shooting started, but it was gone by the time he was approaching the police (who didn't arrest him, by the way, they let him go home, he turned himself into the local department at his Illinois border town (his rifle was issued by locals in Wisconsin, so it didn't cross the state border that day), and the Wisconsin DA indicts him for murder in the most obvious self-defense shooting I've ever heard of. DAs and police should be vulnerable to getting fired and strung up for perjury in situations like this where the charges are brought on evidence that doesn't even rise to the level of reasonable suspicion.)
