As a resident of Portland, I agree with this 100%. There is no greater purpose with these people. They are the dregs of society and they congregate here because it is one of the only places in America that gives them power and influence. Every other place views them as the waste of breath that they are but here in Portland, we give them free reign. It is a terrible city but it has been like this since Occupy Wall Street and will just keep getting worse and worse and worse.
