I can think of many situations in which the kid would be better off w/o their parents, but the real problem here is that if you have kids, cps gives democrat controlled areas complete control over you and your family. It is the ultimate leverage.
Also, people who are found guilty of using CPS for reasons of personal or political vendetta should be thrown in prison at minimum.
w/o their parents, sure. Grandma, family friend, family member, fine. but children are NEVER better off being confiscated and "raised" by the government. look at the criminality coming out of foster homes and countries like Romania where they implemented institutionalized children farms.
Exactly this. There are times when children should be removed from their parents. My adopted son can testify to that. However, there needs to be severe penalties whenever someone is abusing their power for personal/political reasons. In fact, I would argue that it should be so severe that to do so would be ruinous.
