Throughout all of this I've noticed that Michigan State University seems to be moving parallel to her decisions just before she makes them. They announced about two weeks ago that Fall will be 100% online. With HalfWhitmer's talk about flu season in one of her briefings, I'm expecting MSU's decision to be a signal yet again.
Protests may play a part of the excuse, but I doubt they'll be the real reason. I'd wager she has already made the decision to lock down again in the future.
