I tried. A friend called his 2 best lawyers and they wouldn’t touch it. It was also Chipotle so there would have been plenty of money for them to go after.
I think this is the main reason nothing is being done. Even if a lawyer did take the case what are the chances the a court would actually hold up the ADA in these circumstances.
The unfortunate truth is that they probably wouldn't, and even those groups who usually fight for the the rights of the disabled would do nothing to help.
Well you can see just as before that I got a downvote. It’s amazing how we are all such sheeple when it comes to really standing up. I had plenty of people mad at me when I posted.
Collin County in Texas dropped their active cases from 4600+ to under 1000 and yet everyone in DFW is still walking around with masks on.

Scared lawyers, scared population
