Like so many poor black mothers, they do the best they can but often are saddled with tragedy brought on by their sons who fall into the system of violence.

They're probably so frustrated that they have to clean up another one of their deadbeat son's messes, especially one where his mess is the catalyst for an actual race war.

Its surprising to me that her son seems to have gotten into so much trouble where she seems to be so thoughtful and collected. You’d think that would rub off on the child.
