It does not seem like he killed the pedo. The kill shot came from behind and struck that bitchasses lung. The story seems to suggest Kyle only shot him once in the dick.

Hopefully as this is investigated and CSI types check weapon vs bullets in body, etc. evidence will exonerate Hero Kyle.
