This kid is literally the epitome of a hero. I want to shake this kids parents' hands. He embodies what an American should strive to be. Competent community service with the brains to be able to defend himself.
Kyle is like the hero you'd normally never hear about. Had the shooting incident never happened, we would have never known about him being a life-guard, cleaning up graffiti, defending businesses, extinguishing fires, or being a calm-collected badass under pressure.
I'm so glad the judge is allowing 30 days for Kyle's family to get time to find a private lawyer (AND, the big and, find more and more footage of what happened to clear him of wrong doing).
You can clearly see Kyle trying to turn himself in, but failing to get their attention. Returning home and turning himself in there may actually have unintentionally worked out in his favor.
Also notice how no one is reacting like he is an active mass shooter. Everyone who isn't involved with chasing him just watches because THEY KNOW he isn't a threat to people not attacking him.
I pointed this out to a lib family member and they couldn't explain it away.

They busted a bus and a minivan filling gas cans. I don't understand why people think this is just people angry in the streets.
