if I was black I would be offended by this. Just as I would be offended if I was hired for being a woman. If I was working somewhere and found out I was a diversity hire i would immediately quit. Fuck that. Give me dignity and hire me on my ability.
Makes total sense especially given the demographics (13%) across the US & am guessing it’s lower in the North West where Boeing is located... not like Boeing is doing rocket science... (sarcasm)
I bet if they trace back those recent crashes from that poorly designed aircraft, how many affirmative action idiots do you suppose put their 2 cents in. You know the ones they flunk math & physics but get passed up. Then these ahoe companies hire them. And make them supervisors. HR needs to be disasembled.
