My company recently announced they were going to start hiring more black people and putting more black people into leadership positions. This sounds racist as fuck to me, and I’m tired of it. They are literally announcing policies that hire/promote based on skin color, and this is bullshit.
Is it worth leaking the company memo out so a mews story covers it? Or would it be pointless? Where would I go to do so? Leak it here on TDW under a new account? Any advice would be appreciated.

I don’t really want to gain anything. I would just like to see the company execs squirm a little bit under public pressure, and perhaps vocally say they won’t implement these policies. Though they prob would just do it on the downlow snyway.

but in this case something has happened. You and I have both been persecuted for our skin color while looking for a job at this company.
We could both sue, if we get a few more cases on the docket we can file a motion to combine cases and form a class action.
You need to complain to the appropriate state / federal agencies (depends on the kind of company / industry sector) about a hostile work environment caused by racial discrimination.
Ideally find a lawyer to sue them on behalf of you and other employees.

Sorry to tell you, but the company is headed into the shitter. There is probably nothing you can do to stop it, but you can try. However, don’t try fighting it the way they expect.
They are ready, willing, and able to handle your verbal protests, your company-wide memos, your poorly-financed lawsuit, your attempt to call the news, your letters to the editor, your attempts to ‘organize’, your angry outbursts, and your ‘quiet strike’. Any of these will be easily turned around to use against you, fire you, paint you as a racist, and possibly even blacklist you.
You probably don’t even want to consider using effective violence.
That leaves you with potential strategies that are rarely used, require guile and cunning, and are not guaranteed to work. But you can still try. Here’s one, that at worst, might actually protect your position for a little while, while you save up money and go find another job.
Recognize that you are in a dirty-fight street battle with people who DON’T CARE about anything except power. You can’t reason with them, even by proving that the company will go broke. THEY DON’T CARE, AND THEY WILL MARK YOU AS A TARGET. Forget operating in ‘good faith’.
Instead, bypass their defenses to strike. Use their lust for power against them, because it is their weak point, and blind spot, and the axis you can pivot on to judo-flip their attack.
Strategic goal: Accelerate the hiring initiative in such a way to guide it into a path that exposes the management to MAXIMUM RISK OF LOSING POWER as quickly as possible.
Intent: Rapidly turn the hiring (and probably BLM-style ‘trainings’) initiative into a crisis issue for the C-suite, that’s so controversial, expensive, and company-politics-dangerous to executives and H.R. that they choose to pay lip service and ignore it, rather than actually bring it’s poison inside the company. The strategy attempts to increase operational security and efficacy.

Maintain your income as long as possible to maximize your resources.
Retain the element of surprise and deception
Create a deniability defense against future ‘cancel’ attempts
Efficacy
C-suite douchbags will act against one thing only — losing their positions
Wider range of attacks - you’re not limited to being the ‘good guy’
Accelerated timeline may force reactive change faster, saving company from ruin
Tactical ideas and concepts: First brainstorm ideas, then formulate a preliminary plan and arrange it on a timeline. Review it from a risk/reward strategy, and then again solely from a personal (& personal financial) security standpoint, with the goal of minimizing your exposure and avoiding any professionally unethical or illegal actions. Refine the plan and repeat.
After you have a good plan, reassess your commitment. Often, at this stage of planning, one will have new insight into the worth of the effort. Don’t be afraid to say ‘not worth it’ and start over.
Here’s the broad outline: Assuming you already have a ‘light’ reputation as a deplorable...
Read up on leftist tactical books — ‘Dictatorship to Democracy, Rules For Radicals, BLM websites, the NYT 1611 project, Intersectionalism, and Critical Race Theory — Learn how to speak the slogans and lingo like a French Resistance Fighter practicing a smooth german accent.
Change up your identity. Have a ‘woke-up’ moment over something like a video of injustice or a ‘personal encounter with racism’ — something you can relate in a tears-strewn story to anyone who doubts your sincerity. If you are a known MAGA, don’t flip to Biden (nobody will believe that), but dither on that you think Trump himself isn’t racist because of his policy achievements (subtle-red pills) but that you think ‘he really needs to get rid of the racist supporters that he probably has’ (meaningless generalities and unfalsifiables are acceptable reasoning to these types, they will not doubt the cognitive dissonance as long as you seem to be using emotional reasoning)
Turn your new ‘wokeness’ into presenting yourself as an enthusiastic ally to the least intelligent pusher of the initiative. You want to seem like you’re not too smart or too actively engaged to be a threat to them, but that they can depend on you to support them unquestioned in any power struggles and help out whenever and however they need. Present as a guilty woke suck-up, and gain their trust (or at least some cover.
Try to add some ‘protected class’ badges to your woke victim identity awards sash — you’re ‘non-binary’ or ‘queer-straight’, 1/1024 black, a victim of trauma, converting to Islam, whatever. Things that make their HR and legal want to leave you alone.
Now the fun begins... take every part of the initiative and reimagine it as dictated by AOC. From woke>>woker>>wokest>>ludicrously Woke.
*Try to remain as anonymous as possible while engaged in these activities. Obfuscate your own involvement as anything but a trusty gossip. Manipulate others into doing it, and cast suspicion all around. Plant proof documents and stir up resentment within HR and management. Be everybody’s ally, ‘naively’ suggesting that they wade deeper and deeper into the woke.
Using gossip, false rumor, whisper campaigns, letters, postings, graffiti, plants, etc. try to plant the idea that nothing is ever enough, and that various members of management are scheming against each other for control of the program. Create political intrigue at every turn, manipulating the person(s) you ally to constantly up the ante and distrust each other.
Use some of the extra money you earn keeping your job a little longer to hire and pay agitators and plants. Get them to protest the job interviews in progress, for example. (Find examples of woke inter-fighting like Chaz, the World Socialist convention 2019, and Bernie Bros, and mimic the tactics).
Go ahead with the press and publicity crap but make it all about woke suffragettes, and always targeted towards executives, and seemingly tracked back to their rivals
Start a rumour about financial problems — the less specific, the better. Make it a dark rumour of despair, a cloud on the horizon threatening jobs that never seems to arrive. Amplify the fear effects of the woke purges they do have.
At the most favorable moment, tie the ‘financial crisis’ into a knot around one or more of the most susceptible woke initiative execs by narratives that connect the two. Remember, since both are fictional, you can make up multiple narratives. The goal is to create a toxic stew of bitter C-suite rivals, each worried about getting tossed under the bus, and fed up with woke bullshit that seems to bring them nothing but awkward controversy and negative attention.
These is only broad strokes. You must have a plan with contingencies adapted to your own studied enemy. You should also work on an exit strategy. Don’t forget about the ‘reassess your commitment’ stage in planning.
