It's shocking what they have done to this kid. Total and utter mishandling of the case to pre-judge a young man defending himself from utter scum.

Nevermind that everyone out there was out past curfew. Antioch is literally on the border of Wisconsin and you could drive from the edge of Antioch to Kenosha's lovely Brat Stop in like 10 minutes.
Nevermind that the gun never crossed the stateline (funny how they care about borders in this instance).
Nevermind that the first person to try and attack him and steal his weapon was caught at that gas station yelling, "Shoot me, Nia! Shoot me, Nia!" while puffing up his chest, acting tough, and looking for a fight.
Nevermind that when he spotted Kyle by himself he saw him as an easy target so used his shirt to go into t-shirt ninja-mode so he couldn't be identified when he attacked.
Nevermind that while the guy was lunging towards Kyle and grabbing for his weapon that there was someone fired a single shot from the sidewalk in front of the parking lot they were in.
Nevermind that not only was this guy shot from the front by Kyle, he also got shot in the back (as noted by police reports).
They're already trying to assassinate Kyle's character by bringing up hearsay that can be made up by anyone. Meanwhile, these "martyrs" who have actual violent criminal backgrounds are protected as saints and anytime someone says anything bad about them that is 100% true, they're labelled a racist and accused of wanting cops as judge, jury, executioners.
This whole fucking thing pisses me off. My friend lives blocks from where the rioting and burning is going on. She was saying how the first two days of rioting and burning her whole house smelled so strongly of smoke she thought her house was on fire the first night.
They burned down 100 year old buildings and other local businesses that support the community because a felon with a knife decided he didn't have to listen to cops just because he had a warrant out for his arrest.
The meltdown over there when he is acquitted or all charges dropped will be amazing.
