Poll watching is great, but we need to be a part of CHECKING VOTERS IN, CHECKING IDs, CONFIRMING SIGNATURES, COUNTING VOTES, RUNNING BALLOTS, VALIDATING RESULTS etc. Many positions are paid.

I applied as a poll worker last week locally. Just duckduckgo your county, state and poll worker to do so locally.
