Poll watching is great, but we need to be a part of CHECKING VOTERS IN, CHECKING IDs, CONFIRMING SIGNATURES, COUNTING VOTES, RUNNING BALLOTS, VALIDATING RESULTS etc. Many positions are paid.

yeah I'm looking at it now. Last time I went to vote (in tempe) the polling station was staffed with vocal lefitsts. I heard one of the guys say "I wish we could put all the Republican ballots in the paper shredder" Holy shit did that piss me off.
