Brussel Sprouts are good for your testerone levels. Don't b a low t soy boy, eat your veg!

They keep great in the fridge as well, like weeks longer than broccoli. Split em in half, give em a quick deep fry, sprinkle of salt n pepper n serve with ur fav dipping sauce.
