ADA. Burden if proof IS NOT in you. In fact it's illegal for a business to inquire about your medical history... Sorry, only read the first paragraph, like I said: educate yourself about that topic

The burden of proof IS on you IF you want to take it to the next level. YOU will have to prove that they discriminated against you because of a medical condition. Not an easy thing to do.

I know the topic well. They can absolutely deny you service just like they can deny you service for not wearing a shirt or shoes. If you refuse to leave you are trespassing.

Unless you're willing to actually put forth a lawsuit for discrimination you can't use a hypothetical situation as an argument. We live in reality.
