Have gym setup in my basement. Bench, heavy bag, speed bag, cardio equipment, pull-up structure.

Love working out, much better without dealing with a gym.

nice, nice, i have got to do the same. Been a while since i was in sick shape. i mostly just ride my mountain bike and have started doing pushups again. Don't wana ramp up too quick and injure myself.

Yeah, be careful. Injuries are such a huge setback. I workout regularly, but do not go as heavy as I used to. Have to stay healthy.
