I am convinced it's going to cause me serious lung damage.In my country it's mandated.I cannot go to work without.Can't even enter the building.Every time I go shopping I forget it and have to go back home to get it.If I am doing something physical at work I take the damn thing down otherwise I struggle to breathe.No-one has said anything yet! It makes my chest feel closed up and burning.Once I get home it takes a while for my breathing to normalise.I am very healthy.No chronic illness.This thing is not good.Seriously.
You can try coming up with a creative way to get a mask that lets u breathe, such as maybe getting a loose one.
I would suggest a bandana but if you go to work, its sort of unprofesional (looks really gangster IMO)
Ive also seen people wear a mask with their nose out, and no one says anything. I know people joke about it saying "whats the point?" but no one actually will bother you about it from my personal anecdotal experience.
Wearing no mask, on the other hand, and people will be NPC's

Hey buddy, look up "electric mask" on amazon. They use an miniature fan to pump fresh air into the face muzzle.
