It's because he's dead. They don't keep records public after you're dead.

Mostly because what's the point of 'warning' neighborhoods of a sexual predator - if he's dead? Unless you don't expect him to 'stay dead' - which would be a hell of a thing.

"Lookout a sexual offender has moved into your neighborhood. He's dead now - but we expect him to come back as a zombie with pedophile tendencies any day now".(yikes!)

I went back to the clerk of courts for the county where the offense happened. They have wiped the crimes. There are other crimes listed there. They just wiped the sexual assault crimes. Fuckery. This does NOT happen when you die, and the fact that the other crimes are still there is proof.

Wait, so they wipe it not just from the registry, but also from the public records entirely? They left all his parole information, and a lot of other court-related info. They only scrubbed his convictions. This is the actual AZ site, showing the conviction for the county itself.

I have never heard of this. Is this just an AZ thing?

Better check that voter registration cause I guarantee they are not wiping that.

I think they erased it because he's dead.

they left all his other case files alone, though. why only wipe the sexual assault w/minor ones?

Because he is DEAD

It may be common to remove people from registries when they're dead, but it's not common to scrub their entire case and conviction history from court records. Especially since all his other convictions are still showing up in the court records.

Think about it.

Irrelevant - he is dead

I'm not sure if you're getting this.

Someone is deliberately scrubbing the criminal history from dead antifa to make them look innocent.
