So, 44% of people 90+ years old who were diagnosed with COVID and had 0 comorbidities died. No, the numbers are percentages of the cross section. So, 44% of people 90+ years old who were diagnosed with COVID and had 0 comorbidities died.
That means that if you are 95-years-old and you have no comorbidities, if you catch COVID your chances of living are better than a coin flip.
