From the quick search I just did it appears that the ADA only addresses employers, i.e. an employer cannot ask an employee or prospective employee if they are disabled.
My religion prohibits me from wearing a mask as there are biblical verses about the way to present yourself to the Lord.
This has been a subject of some controversy. Do you know this for sure, got them links?
