China panicked and acted like they had a bioweapon on the loose. The world flinched and China's pawns go to work sowing chaos. The plan has been to cripple the developed worlds economies and scare their populations into becoming as represive and controlled as China's using digital authoritarianism in service of global corporations and their servants.
