Since this is a 101 I'll list the few steps I applied in case someone wants to try. In After Effects, key the skin color as best as you can. I used 'Composite Brush' which lets you replace the skin color with White. Add 'Cartooner' to the keyed layer and mess with the settings until the edges look like you want. Put the original video behind the keyed layer to bring back the original background. It's not perfect but I bet a pro could get it looking real good. permalink save report block reply
