nononnono, this is more like a c+ or b- effort. sure, the humor element lacks meat on the bones, and the production quality is flimsy.

It is NOT EASY to hand-draw without a stylus, so any meme maker would see the care that went into the coloring-in part and the gun, and that gives it an element of irony and kekliciousness. Also "Paramedicks" prolly was not easy to fit onto that hat. Again, a memesmith would know this where it would be lost on a layman. So that is the second layer of kekfactor.
All in all, you can see the time that went into it, and it was not a total loss. Shows promise. Now you just need a more mass-appeal subject material.
