There is no frequency to report to anybody. The radios are almost surely digital and the communication frequencies are used for multiple conversations. You'd have to decode (or possibly decrypt) them, listen, identify antifa chatter, then report what? ... they would just switch channels. Or, you would just be reporting the common channels used by the brand of radio.
