Despite the media lying saying unemployment is from people scared of Covid, there are still restrictions on business capacity in Democrat governed states, ecsepcailly California and Pennsylvania. In Pennsylvania, bars are closed, only 25% allowed in restaurants, and 50% capacity every other business. There are <1 death a week from covid in anyone under 60, and <5 a day by any measure, yet Wolf doubled down on restrictions recently. Trump mentioned them by name last night, but if he waits any longer, "People dying because of Trump opening businesses" will be their October Surprise. Trump should mention how he is thinking about it, and mention the governors by names (Same as the nursing home governors, odd...), and if they don't, EO to ban Blanket statewide capacity restrictions for at least businesses

Once the President rescinds the national emergency declaration, that takes all the teeth out of the states' ability to pass "emergency" measures. They are only valid for under the federal umbrella declaration.
The same authority they claimed the President has to federally shut down at the beginning. If they want him to be a "dictator" this way he should do the right thing. If not, he needs to call out Wolf, Newsom, and Whitmer (same governors who followed Cuomo's nursing home orders) for still anti business restrictions and damaging their state economy
