So not knowing the full context here, but Kyle was walking away (AGAIN). He doesn't engage till the two girls start fighting. Someone had mentioned that the girl in the red pants is his sister ( I do not know if that is true). So from what can be seen is, he is coming to defend her . Beyond that maybe we will get some clarification at some point as to what transpired here. What it does show though is he is not the aggressor from what can be seen here, or that I could see as he is walking away.
