So i just studied this for the last 40 minutes, i figured this fight took place at a school, i noticed the license plates closely resembled those of Wisconsin plate (from what i could tell) and i know he lives in Antioch. I googled highschools in both areas and found none that matched the architecture. From there I figured i'd look at parks, i googled "Parks in Kenosha Wisconsin" and found a building that matched the architecture seen in the background of the video. I can't tell the vantage point of the video because there doesn't seem to be any lots (or none that i found) with a similar scene to the video.

So my conclusion is: Maybe true because he's known for being in Kenosha, he worked there. But he looks nothing like the picture of the kid from the fight aside from the glasses and crocs
