What happened in the Balkans is nothing like what is happening here.
13% of the population is black, and even then, the vast majority of the black population doesn't want to form their own country.
What we have is a radical, militant leftist faction trying to take control of the government, and realizing they cannot win an election, throwing a hissy fit to try to throw us off guard so that they can perhaps win a few points in the polls.
Pretty much, a more accurate term is "balkanization."
