Well, like I said, I'm split. Because a "roaming militia" saved lives in Kenosha.

Local Militias need to be used. Us organizing and sending people across the country like BLM and Antifa? We are not there yet, and would be used against us, likely to their benefit.

We need to protect our own neighborhoods/families/friends, but if BLM comes to your town and starts burning down churches and attacking unarmed elderly, would you tell people to stay home and let that continue? I doubt that.

If you live, say in Arizonia, should you go to DC or Portland to stop it happening there? That's a different story

I would never tell local people not to defend. Ever.

I think the areas they attack are relatively small metro areas. Store owners should play rooftop Korean with willing employees and friends. It gives them the best legal cover and the best public optics.

As far as locals forming roaming militias, I would not tell them to not form up, but I would argue it's probably the least effective and most dangerous way to repel what I would call invaders. I definetely would make sure only locals are used, and each squad has united store owners in the teams, and that they agree to police certain businesses that they represent if they have to do it.

The defense of businesses is much stronger if the actual business owners are part of the squads that want to run around a single block or two together. Move from ome business to the next as the attackers try to move from one to the next.
