Thats a good descriptor. These are people who work white collar, blue collar, and t-shirt jobs but take time off to go riot. I havent seen another mention of it but I saw a tweet from a manager at a video game dev shop in Seattle claiming these folks as their employees, so this is even "semi-corporate".
