The flaw in your theory is that past a certain point, the "moderates" will be mad if he does NOT put down the riots.

It's a very fine line between sympathy and anger for impotence.

You must have more faith in some Americans than I do. The Mask issue was what you should have been paying attention to. I don't doubt there will be a chosen few that will stand up, but when push comes to shove, who's supporting it until the end?

50/50 shot.

Actually I probably have even less faith in them than you do. I am not an optimist with human behavior. But like any other animal, 99% of Americans won't act unless they are directly threatened.

There will be a break-over point. We are not quite there yet, but now that we've escalated to regular nightly killings (justified and not), we are closer.

The masks illustrate the point perfectly. The majority is willing to go along with it because they think their personal lives are in danger. People will do almost anything to avoid that.

You're not wrong.

We have this to our benefit, when the majority picks up those guns, they'll follow suite. Cause GOD FORBID they're not part of the 'in' crowd.

Hot anger is one thing. But cold anger, that is dangerous at an entirely different level. And a lot of conservatives have a surplus of cold anger right about now.

It's explosive.

99% don't need to act, they never do. Historically during revolutions, only 1-3% of the impacted population violently participated. So we need 1-3% of half the country to be pissed off enough rise up, not 90 or 99%. The minority has always dictated the course.of history, and the majority have always been sheep.

That's why 3 percent is the number. That's about the extent of boots on ground support we have.

It's incompetence. They could have ended this shit on day 1 and it would have been forgotten by election day. Instead the country is burning and law enforcement doesn't care.

It is more likely that the failed leaders are paid agents of the CCP who have been compensated to support the marxist insurrection. They are hellbent on destroying our Republic., and are willing to push everything to the limit to do so.

Nope, incompetence means it still can't be stopped. Because incompetence has not been corrected. This was a planned event. All responses have to be calculated T the strategic level.

No, incompetence is not stopping it when you could have. Corruption is allowing it to go on for political purposes, whether it be the Left causing it or the Right knowing they can stop it and choosing not to.

You have a point. One could make the case it was malice a forethought by both Sessions and Barr. That is why Tucker Carlson is so perplexed and upset that the DOJ does nothing.

This. Both the seditious worm Sessions and life long swamp breeder Bushie Barr could have easily stopped it immediately. Instead they did nothing so as to harm Trump.

So far, I think Trump has done a great job handling this. The American people understand he wants to send the National Guard into these cities and the Democrat mayors are unwilling to accept the help. As long as liberal politicians and media keep claiming these are peaceful riots, they own this.

Right now, keeping the offer open but not forcing the issue is the right play to make. We will see how this all progresses though.
