Good idea In theory. However, when humans run out of something and need it they go elsewhere. When they run out of shit to burn they will move on to our states and towns. This movement in there cities is a protected test run.
I agree but at some point something has to be done. I just don’t know how to think about it. Do you let the cities become like chop? Then the the governments locally are defunct and no longer for the people. Then you can install a new government according to the constitution. However, they will have already done that. In their ideology. Do you do like NY does riot close everything and let everyone move out.
