Same here. My wife hates it when we go somewhere and I don't put my mask on. She thinks it's stupid also but she doesn't like confrontation. I tell her what's the point people who come in with mask turn it into a chin strap as soon as they come in anyway.
My wife is the exact same way! She goes along to get along, even though she knows masks don't help. She's so afraid I'm going to start something if someone tells me to wear a mask, but I told her that I would just leave the store/restaurant quietly if confronted by an employee.
Now, if some busybody customer tells me what to do, that's a different story.

Same here, but I'll continue not wearing masks in support of those de-masking tomorrow!
