Trump literally hugs and kisses the flag for fuck sake. And he's been saying the same thing for 40 years. In the 80s he was talking about how other countries were taking advantage of America, and how American leadership was terrible and letting it happen. He didn't even want to run, he even said he wouldn't want to back in the 80s, but he would if it got bad enough. Then he did, instead of just doing whatever he wanted with his massive wealth for the rest of his years.

If he only cared about making his family richer, he just would have allied with the democrats/corporations/big pharma/deep state. He would have been rich beyond belief and got whatever he wanted. He could still do it now, if he wanted to. He could just start doing everything they wanted and they'd all change their tune about him. But he didn't, he doesn't, and he won't.
