Custom-built AR-15 that is almost a perfect recreation of the Survivalist's Rifle from Fallout: New Vegas: Honest Hearts DLC.
Chambered in 12.7x42mm / .50 Beowulf.
Custom-made barrel was needed to 0.936" bull barrel specs.
The front sight isn't hooked up to a gas system, there's a gas block hiding under the handguards, because Beowulf loses a lot of pressure at the end of the barrel. If you look close you can see the washers I had to stack on the gas tube to keep the handguards in place because, since the FSB doesn't have a shoulder, the spacing of it was hard to get correct. It ended up slightly too far forward and the handguards would fall out. There's a tiny stub of gas tube pinned in it that indexes the handguard cap.

If that barrel is almost an inch in diameter it must weigh a ton, how is it to try and shoot offhand?
