This is a job for normies: if you live or work in an area affected by these creeps, contact the mayor, city council, and the local judges. In New York, the legislature is part of the problem, so contact them, too.
Tell them their job is to keep the peace, and if they cannot do that, they will be turned out of office as soon as reasonably possible.
It wouldn't hurt to publicize the names of the judges and prosecutors along with the names of the people turned loose. That is legitimate news that has a bearing on the next election.
