What do you mean? So many people on the center or even former moderate Democrats are saying they will vote Republican this election because they're sick and tired of the rioting, looting and violence. Let the Democrats continue to dig their own hole, don't jump into the conflict. If Trump supporters start fighting Antifa and BLM in the streets, for a person who doesn't follow politics, it can be difficult to tell who is the good guys and who is the bad guys.

So we're supposed to gamble the republic on a nebulous group of indecisive morons?

For now, yes. Wait till Nov 5. Remember a couple months ago when CNN HQ was attacked by rioters? It's going to happen agai after Nov 5. When the psycho foot soldoers show up to do their rage thing, why not "help" them?

Gamble the republic? Are you crazy? The anarchists are attacking places like Portland. If you live in Portland, defend your community. Otherwise, don’t go over to Portland and potentially cause trouble for yourself and others over a community you don’t even live in.

Remember that Donald Trump could end all of the rioting within a matter of hours. He has the ability, but he isn’t using it because he knows that this chaos is only bad optics for the Democrats and they have told him they don’t want his help, so if he were to barge in, it could look bad for him.

I simply meant that I'd prefer not to let the fate of this country rest in the hands of people that can't be bothered to even know who's who out there. Most voters not paying attention is most of what's brought us to this point, otherwise these crazies on both sides would've been ridiculed and run out of town on rails decades ago.

As far as I know, based largely on the lack of gunfire, police helicopters orbiting downtown, and very few sirens, the antifags haven't yet started any shit in my community. They've been in cities within about 50 miles of here and there probably are a few running around town, but they are not a threat at this point. I don't know about the city cops but the Sheriff Dept here isn't going to fuck around with them. I'm pretty sure those guys and gals are better equipped than I am to deal with the situation. If I hear running gun battles then I'll possibly go out and see what's happening since it wouldn't take too many busloads of BLM/antifags to outnumber the deputies. If several adjacent cities were rioting, there may not be any local reinforcements and perhaps at that point, citizens should arm up and get involved. I don't think we're there yet. Portland pretty much is though. I agreed with you that they ought to take out their own trash. I'm not so sure about limiting options right now to preserve optics for those who aren't even paying attention. Antifags don't need too much momentum and they can swamp local LEO resources, then cause a shitload of damage before the feds could even get here.

Foot soldiers are a waste of time. Burn down the media and academia departments. After Nov 5. In Minecraft of course.

Bullshit. Get something other than brashful youth. Try understanding the world you live in, because you have no clue.

They've still shot more of their own than anyone else, but the phrase is more figurative by design. They're having a Civil War all by themselves. Every individual on their side is being attacked, by their own side. Except maybe AOC, and her tits really aren't that good.

Ted Wheeler is increasingly being seen as the incompetent buffoon he is. MN's leadership isn't currying favor with anyone.
