Actually, from what I read, the deep blues are the worst because they are the same wattage as the greens, but because the wavelength is near the end of the spectrum of visible light, the blink reflex is delayed, allowing the light beam more time to burn the retina.
Problem: There are multiple frequencies of lasers. If you block all of them, you have no night vision.
