Actually, from what I read, the deep blues are the worst because they are the same wattage as the greens, but because the wavelength is near the end of the spectrum of visible light, the blink reflex is delayed, allowing the light beam more time to burn the retina.
every laser I've seen used by rioters are the green ones.
I've seen blue ones.
