Several weeks ago I viewed the various Covid deaths' classification columns on the CDC website and the two largest quantities of deaths by far were "Pneumonia with Covid" and "Influenza with Covid" i.e. the principal cause of death stated first in these headings, and "with" not "from" Covid.
