Thanks, yeah i knew they can both fire 223 and 5.56 was just curious of the difference. I know lots of people seem to be building their AR’s with the 223 wylde these days. Thanks buddy

It can’t hurt but I read years ago that SAAMI tested firing 5.56 in .223 and found that most guns are so overbuilt for safety, longevity and reloading enthusiasts that it was perfectly fine. Wylde chambering can’t hurt but unless that info was flawed it sounds like it’s not necessary.
