Honestly the whole "hard to see" thing is a side effect of getting cheap shitty optics.
When you spent upwards of 300-400 bucks on a "good" scope (ie, leupold, trijicon, aimpoint, etc) you get much better glass, much more forgiving eye relief and eye positioning, etc.
Go figure, the 300 dollar entry level leupold with the duplex hunting reticle is 100 times better than the tacticool chinese scope with the fancy ballistic reticle you got for 30 bucks. A "cheap" leuopld I got 20+ years ago was my first exposure to good glass and it kind of opened my eyes. Don't get me wrong, I still have a TRS-25 on my 22 pistol and I have some other cheap crap but I prefer to save for good glass whenever I can.
I've heard nothing but good things about the MRO and it apparently has fantastic field of view. I am just happy with my aimpoint.
Aimpoint (PRO) is made in sweden. Trijicon (MRO) is made in the US.
If I remember correctly, primary arms manufactures in the following places:
I have the aimpoint pro since 10 years ago with a magnifier and like it. I'm on my 3rd or fourth battery. Buy once, cry once.
