Under no circumstances can Trump supporters be shown to be the victim, always the aggressor (even if they are not).
This is the beauty of the current climate. The lefts hatred cannot be contained. It’s inevitable that the left will be the aggressor and that Trump supporters will have to take the beatings until November (a hard thing to ask). They can’t control themselves. The more the media tries to defend the left (or outright ignores the story) the more coals they heap upon themselves.
There will be a reckoning, and it, will, be, glorious.
The media, which is nothing but anti-Trump propagandists, are largely to blame. They immediately went into action trying to marginalize the victim, for example, calling him "far right" (not true). That is an opinion by journalists who think anyone not onboard with the BLM/antifa/DNC agenda is "far right" and a "white supremacist".
There will be accountability. All these labels will have a price.
