When will Portland DA charge the guy who took 18+ minute video events before and including assassination and then REFUSED to provide to cops just across the street to aid in making almost instant BOLO????

He knew cops would want it and guy next to him says many times to videographer, "Take it to the cops", and the reply, "I will take it to the appropriate authorities (but not now)"
