Back to the topic of the deceased allegedly using pepper spray. In context I see no way it's a claim to self defense by the shooter. He got out of a car based on spotters telling him they had found their prey. Apparently he was carrying a long gun. Any use of spray would be defensive. You don't self-defense against a defense. Right?
Yeah, you never know what will happen in a court case. Or in this situation, if there even will be a court case. Also, I need to correct my prior statement; shooter was on foot. People in car(s) were coordinating with him.
