I did it in line a few months ago, they still sent me a reminder. Wasteful government spending. Easier to mail one to everyone than create a data phase that sorts out the oreads completed households. It’s junk mail, at this point.

I think they only accept one per household. At least that is what the goal is.

Because they’re too lazy to kept track of who responded. It’s easier to resend one to everyone.
