I'm in this boat. I've never voted for a republican president, I'm libertarian and normally consider both candidates unacceptable. I'm in a safely red state so it's never really mattered much, perfect scenario for a protest vote, but this election is different, if Democrats are going to ignore the rights of businesses with their ridiculous covid orders and let their cities burn just so they don't have to ask for help from Trump then my protest vote goes to Trump. It's important that the victory is large enough that the Democrats start to rethink what they're doing to their constituents. This goes beyond their ridiculous ideology and is down right cruel.
