Idk now but I used to use free browser extensions for firefox to do it. Just duckduckgo and type "how to download from _____" (whatever site), or add a browser name too.
You can download it without any extensions by going to the page on Streamable, clicking 'view source' from the right-click context menu, and searching first [<!-- Media content -->] and then [src="] to get to a hyperlink which you can again click and 'save as' an mp4.
It's convoluted but requires no special software or third-party tools.
