And then slowly upped the count from there. And just fyi. With all mail in voting they mail every registered voter a ballot. I don't think we've ever broke 55% participation. Usually it's 30%-35%. You didn't hear? Last year in CA they pushed for mail in voting cuz - reasons. Then miraculously a year later, there is a worldwide pandemic. And it is the answer to all our prayers... thank God for agenda 21, I mean Pelosi.
Oregon has been for a while since 2000. Washington state has been for several years (12+?) Participation was always around 30%. And with so many absentee votes being wanted every year they decided it would be best if they just did all mail in voting hoping it would drive a higher voter turnout. It never did. After the 2000 election bush v gore and hanging Chad craziness in Florida every state, and the public, wanted to make the voting system more streamlined, and modernize it. Washington state is like taking a standardized test. Fill in the bubble, blue or black Ink only, there is a spot for write in candidate for every position as well. Poll workers are also selected by the county election officials. Up until a few years ago you had to put your own stamp on it. Then with a voter intiative it was made so postage was paid. I use a drop box anyways. It's two envelopes. One for ballot, put that inside a other envelope. The out envelope has your name, voter reg info, and signature for verification. Your signature is kept in file and verified when they get your ballot. You can vote in person if you must and they have not received your mail in ballot already. Still same process you just fill it out and turn in the two envelopes at the office. It's very ripe for fraud.

The difference between them and normal black conservatives is that they know how most things in society are; so they don't react cluelessly to an event. They might make mistakes but they are very solid when it matters. some black conservatives and to an extent few white conservatives still have a liberal mindset and they are trying to import them to the GOP but I hope they don't succeed.
