Get it in writing, and bring it to a lawyer?

The solution is simple, identify as a POC yourself and get a promotion.

Trans-race lives matter! If you can change your gender, how can you not change your race?

...then sue them when they don't promote you. Hate Crime

Imagine being the first black guy promoted.. what an underwhelming feeling that would be.

Not necessarily true, ironically those that DO deserve it will feel cheated, and that is sad. Those who don't will think they deserve it.

what sucks is the black dude at my company legitimately deserves employee of the year. But with all this BS going on, some people might think he got it for the wrong reasons.

Not discrimination against whites.

Genocide of whites.

The UN definition even agrees.

(c) Deliberately inflicting on the group conditions of life calculated to bring about its physical destruction in whole or in part;

Before Affirmative Action, people were flying to the Moon. After Affirmative Action, people couldn't even walk into a downtown Reno McDonald's without stepping over someone lying in front of the door.

Same with my company. Fortune 500 company. The goal is by 2025 to increase the number of blacks in Director and VP positions by 50%. I’m a Director so that means I will be continuously passed up for promotions. No point filing a lawsuit if you get chosen over somebody else who is black in an internal move. You wouldn’t be able to prove it.

They won’t put it in writing but just give the orders verbally to HR and the hiring managers to hire someone of color.

Same thing happened at my husband’s job - he’s a manager and was told they have to hire people of color for the open positions.

There are plenty of good American companies who do not have these racists restrictions. It will not get better, leave today! If not, you are indirectly supporting this BLACK retardation.

Well seems like a hostile work place now, plus racial discrimination. Get new job and sue them.

I dare them to promote to positions of high leadership. I double dog dare them. Because when you promote unqualified people to leadership, the company tanks.

So this makes me assume they have been racists up until now, looking to NOT promote people of color, and now are still racists looking to only promote POC.

Seems like a policy of promoting people regardless of color based only on merit would show they are not racists, rather than a different kind of racist.

We need to start bringing companies like this to court for racial discrimination.
